Qualifying remediation includes a 2-year "No Remediated Mold Return" warranty, subject to its written requirements.

We work with insurance companies and adjusters and can document findings and scopes of work.
How we compare to large restoration companies
Large restoration companies do important work, especially on big water and fire losses. Mold and indoor air problems are a little different: the hard part is often figuring out what's wrong.
