Professional Mold Analysis
& Industry Standards
Bioaerosol testing (for live and dead mold spores), surface sampling, and bulk sampling procedures are used to identify and quantify the fungi by genera (family) and species and also quantify the indoor airborne content level to the outdoor levels. These results are also compared to known and commonly cited IAQ guidelines provided by the following organizations:

- AIHA (American Industrial Hygienists Association)
- HBA (Healthy Buildings International)
- WHO (World Health Organization)
- IESO (Indoor Environmental Standards Organization)

Mold Exposure
Symptoms
Adverse health effects in affected individuals can include both illnesses and allergic responses. Symptoms may range from a headache, malaise, and muscle pain to shortness of breath and fever. These effects may be the result of contact with the microbes or spores themselves. We provide mold inspection and testing to provide early detection of the airborne toxins that they may excrete so the mold can be removed.

They completed a very thorough inspection and immediately identified several major construction issues in our basement that were causing hidden mold growth.
